Happy Birthday, Theodore Turley, Blacksmith, Brass Founder and Pump Maker, b. 10 April 1801

Theodore Turley was born on this day in 1801 in Birmingham, England.  In 1825, Theodore and his family emigrated to Upper Canada, where he worked with metals in a blacksmith shop.

Here is one of the advertisements Theodore Turley placed in the Colonial Advocate on 8 Oct 1829 in Toronto, Upper Canada:
